Bernie the cat was having a dilemma. He couldn't decide whether he wanted to stay inside and take a nap or go outside and explore. As he sat by the window, he saw a bird flying outside, which made him want to go out even more. But then he remembered how comfortable his bed was and how nice it was to take a nap.
As the hours passed, Bernie's dilemma grew stronger. He paced back and forth, unsure of what to do. Finally, he decided to go outside and explore. He walked around the neighborhood, taking in all the sights and smells.
But as he was walking, he heard a loud noise that scared him. He quickly ran back inside and jumped onto his bed, feeling relieved to be safe and sound. As he lay there, he realized that his dilemma had been solved. He could have the best of both worlds by going outside to explore, but also knowing that he could come back inside to safety whenever he wanted.
From that day on, Bernie learned that every dilemma has a solution, and sometimes the best solution is to have both options available.
