Acquire

Bernie was a curious cat. He loved exploring new things, places, and even languages. One day, he heard a group of people speaking a language he had never heard before. He approached them and asked what language they were speaking. They told him it was French. From that moment on, Bernie was determined to acquire the ability to speak French fluently. He started listening to French songs and watching French movies. He even found a French tutor who taught him basic phrases and grammar. Despite some difficulties along the way, Bernie was determined to acquire the language. He practiced speaking French every day, and soon he was able to hold a conversation with native French speakers. One day, Bernie's owner was surprised to hear him meowing in French. She couldn't believe her ears! Bernie had successfully acquired a new language, and he was very proud of himself. From that day on, Bernie continued to acquire new languages and became known as the polyglot cat in his neighborhood.
